Our 2500m2 purpose built manufacturing facility contains everything that is required to produce high quality pre-preg composite components. For material preparation we have full CNC pre-preg cutting ability, an air conditioned laminating clean room, a 2.9m x 7.2m programmable autoclave, a 45m2 programmable oven and a full 5-axis CNC router for part trimming and ensured repeatability.

Any customer requirements are met through our comprehensive engineering and development ability, which combines years of experience with modern, accurate, manufacturing techniques that utilise our state-of-the-art factory and machinery.

The quality of our products and processes are controlled and maintained via our quality assurance procedures which are approved to ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100
